Step 1

Go to the appointments page. If you click that link, it’ll open in a new window for your convenience to follow along this amazing guide.

Step 2

Choose to either book a timeslot using the Google calendar, or send us a direct booking request.

Step 2: Google Calendar

Choose the type of online booking you’ll be making. The first calendar is for going TO LAX, Burbank, or Ontario airport. Pick your date, and a 30 minute window of when you want to leave.

Step 2: Submit a Form

At the bottom of the Appointments page is a form for submitting information. Please include you contact details, date of travel, and requested time for a pickup from either an airport or a location.

Step 3

Get a confirmation, get a price. We’ll check your request against our official confirmed calendar, calculate the drive costs based on your date, time and journey, and send you back a price.

Step 4

To confirm the reservation, follow the instructions in the email to secure the time with an electronic deposit. The balance of your trip is due when you get in the vehicle.
